Dennis is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University, a Master of Laws degree from the University of South Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
His areas of practice are, litigation and alternative dispute resolution; corporate and commercial law; real estate and conveyancing transactions; employment law; insurance law; banking and financial services law; public-private partnerships transactions; mergers & acquisitions; immigration law and legal audits. He is a former Lecturer at the Kenya School of Law and a current Lecturer at Mount Kenya University teaching conveyancing law and practice, insurance law; labour law; banking law and negotiable instruments; sale of goods; commercial law and company law.
