Gideon is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Commissioner for Oaths. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Aberdeen. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
His areas of practice are, projects and infrastructure, energy, oil & gas law; public-private partnerships transactions; banking & financial services law; intellectual property;commercial and criminal litigation; corporate & commercial law; real estate and conveyancing transactions; legal audits; Islamic banking; private equity, mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Gideon has previously worked as a Legal Analyst in the London based International Law Firm Pinsent Masons where he gained experience in the areas of Energy and Infrastructure Law, Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Law
